If I purchase a Travel Package, am I removed from the Phish lottery?

If you purchase a Travel Package, you may not request tickets in the lottery. Purchasing a Travel Package and requesting tickets could result in rejection of your requests.

Is there an age restriction for Phish at Sphere Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package experience?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we’d like to do our best to make your experience better, so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we may be able to take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we are able to issue a refund on the package price.

Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our Packages

How do I place my order?

All Phish at Sphere Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale on Friday, December 1st at 10AM PT. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

Depending on the package you select, the price listed on our website is either the price for two, four, six or eight people, not including taxes and fees. There will be one hotel room for every 2 people (i.e. a 2-person package will include one hotel room and an 8-person package will include 4 hotel rooms). Please note that if you are purchasing before February 9th, 2024, the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the total package price (see payment plan below).

Can I select different/varying room types for my four, six or eight person package?

No, the room type selected will be the same for each room associated with your packages. I.e. if you have selected an eight person package with a King bed type, all four rooms in your package will have one King bed.

Is there a payment plan for the Phish at Sphere Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan for these Travel Packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on February 9th, 2024. If you purchase after February 9th, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before February 9th, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

Do the Travel Packages come with concert tickets for all four nights of Phish at Sphere?

Yes! Depending on the four-night Travel Package you select and purchase, your package will include either two, four, six or eight show tickets to all four Phish shows on April 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st.

How will I know where my seats will be at Sphere?

Your seats will either be GA Floor or Reserved Seats in Sections 100s, 200s, Inner 300s, Outer 300s, or 400s depending on the Travel Package you select.

When purchasing a package with Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process.

Please note: All of the seats offered in Travel Packages will have a full view of the stage and media plane and will NOT be located below the overhang.

What is the difference between the 100s, 200s, Inner 300s, Outer 300s, and 400s sections and GA Floor ticket types?

GA Floor tickets are standing room only tickets on the floor of the venue near the stage.

The difference between each seated section can be viewed at this map, and your specific seat locations for reserved seats will be displayed throughout the purchase process.

Please note: All of the seats offered in Travel Packages will have a full view of the stage and media plane and will NOT be located below the overhang.

Will my seats be the same for all four nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all four nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my tickets for Phish at Sphere?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Phish Live at Sphere will be digital. You will receive your digital tickets into your Ticketmaster account a few weeks before the event. You will need to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Sphere availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package, please email us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, Travel Package type, order number, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Is there an incidental hold at each hotel property?

Yes, each hotel has its own nightly incidental hold that is authorized on the credit card provided at hotel check-in. Please refer to the hotel websites for additional information surrounding this hold and when it will be released back to your form of payment.

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

What parking is available at each hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary below, but please note that 100x is not accountable for parking fees, and any pricing adjustments are entirely determined by the hotel.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue.

Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World: 2.1 miles / 10-minute drive. Roundtrip transportation will be included for this property.
Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World: 1.9 miles / 9-minute drive. Roundtrip transportation will be included for this property.
The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort: Less than 1.0 mile. The Sphere can be accessed via the pedestrian bridge connected to The Venetian Resort.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World Travel Packages?

Travel Packages at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World include roundtrip transportation to and from the Sphere for all four show nights. More information will be provided via email to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 dates before the event.

Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, March 18th, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, you can reach out to Ticketstoday at [email protected], and they can assist you!

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x by Monday, March 18th, 2024. If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package to update the will call name. Please email us at [email protected] and confirm your event, email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address (associated with their Ticketmaster account) and phone number for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us before March 18th, 2024, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their merchandise at 100x check-in, and claim their concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise gifts, and show tickets) and cannot be separated. Tickets are 4-day event passes; therefore, they cannot be split by day.
